29 Jan2017 Emilie Malik 0EM Fitness Blog / Main Course Recipes Cauliflower and Salmon Curry Here is the result of my lean 30 Indian cauliflower and salmon Here is the improved recipe: serves 4 precook 1 cauliflower in steamer Place cauliflower florets, cherry tomatoes, 1 diced onions, 4 garlic cloves, red peppers in a roasting tray with coconut oil. Mix spices together 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, salt, pepper toss and coat the vegetables with the mix. Place 4 salmon fillets on top of the vegetables and cook it in the oven at 200degres until salmon fully cooked. Served it with homemade mint sauce.
