Halloumi and Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients and method: 1 cauliflower Fry onion, 2 garlic cloves, ground cumin, paprika, chilli flakes, add cauliflower and 2 tsp of water. Cook until the cauliflower is tender. Add fried halloumi, cooked chickpeas, raisins and coriander leaves. Serve with a salad. Yummy!
