Serves 2

  1. Blend all the ingredients except blueberries and coconut oil (I use my nutribullet)
  2. melt coconut oil in frying pan on medium heat
  3. Place batter into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, when bubble start to show, flip over to cook other side
  4. Dry fry the blueberries until start to popo
  5. Se1tsprve the pancakes with warm blueberries
