Serves 2
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 tsp. almond butter
- 30gr ground almonds
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- pinch of himalyan salt
- blueberries
- Blend all the ingredients except blueberries and coconut oil (I use my nutribullet)
- melt coconut oil in frying pan on medium heat
- Place batter into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, when bubble start to show, flip over to cook other side
- Dry fry the blueberries until start to popo
- Se1tsprve the pancakes with warm blueberries
