Basic Salad dressing – French Vinaigrette

My advice is to buy yourself a salad shaker and prepare your Basic salad dressing and store it in a cool and dark cupboard or in the fridge for up to 1 week.

  1. Place all the ingredients in the shaker
  2. Adjust seasoning  with salt and pepper if needs be
  3. Serve it right away or store it.

You can change your basic vinaigrette and create variations by replacing the vinegar with lime/ lemon juice, add herbs, shallots…
