handful of chopped fresh coriander/parsley or basil
1/4 tsp sea salt
black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1-2 eggs
coconut oil
Preheat the oven to 180c
Grate the broccolis in food processor, keep it aside
In a bowl mix all the ingredients, add broccolis
if you are happy with the mixture (if too wet add more ground almonds), make patties and spread them on baking trays. Bake for 20-25 min until firm and brown
