Grate or chop cauliflower in food processor Heat oil in pan, add cauliflower and cook it for 6-8 min (not too soft) While cauliflower cool off, chop rest of ingredients and mix it all in a bowl Serve it hot or cold with grilled Halloumi cheese, flaxseeds bunĀ or lamb meatballs
