Makes 10
- 1 or 2 ripe and mashed banana
- 2 cups gluten free oats
- 1/2 melted coconut oil or melted butter
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin seeds)
- 1tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 180C. Place baking paper in a baking tray and grease it.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Place the mixture in baking tray and cook the flapjacks about 30 minutes until the top is golden.
My kids love those healthy flapflacks as a snack after school, you can also eat them for breakfast with some Greek natural yogurt.
