22 Jun2016 Emilie Malik 0Uncategorized Dijon mustard and Nutty crust HaddockServes 2 300g white fish i.e. Haddock or cod 1 tbsp Dijon French mustard 40g flaked almonds, coarsely chopped juice of 1/2 lemon chopped fresh parsley Himalayan salt, pepper 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil Preheat the oven to 200c. Combine almonds, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. Place the fish in a oven dish, coat it with the mustard and press the mixture on top of the Dijon mustard. Bake the fish until opaque in the centre about 15-20 minutes. Serve it with French ratatouille, greens beans, sweet potatoes or salad.
