1tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 to 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup (to taste)
1 tsp nut butter (Peanutbutter, Almond, etc)
pinch Himalayan salt

  1. Mix melted coconut oil and cocoa powder together until smooth, then mix in maple sugar.
  2. Pour a little bit into the bottom of 3 mini paper baking cups, and put into the freezer for 1-2 mins.
  3. Take out of the freezer and spoon 1/3 tsp peanut butter onto each cup, then divide the remaining chocolate over the 3 cups, then sprinkle a little bit of sea salt on top of each cup.Place in the fridge for a few minutes, then eat and enjoy! Yummy!
