Serves 4
- 500g minced lamb or beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, diced
- 1tsp cumin
- large pinch of ground cinnamon
- Himalayan salt, pepper, chili flakes according to taste
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- Chopped, onions, garlic, mix it with mince and other ingredients, shape the mixture into balls about 20 balls
- Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mince mixture, cook it until lightly brown
- Delicious serve with cauliflower tabouleh !
