Serves 4

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c, line baking tray
  2. Mix the ground almonds with spices and salt, pepper in 1 bowl
  3. Dip the chicken pieces in the a bowl with beaten egg, then coat chicken with alounds mix and lay it on baking tray
  4. Drizzle the chicken with heated coconut oil (liquid)
  5. Bake for about 30 min until golden

Serve it with rainbow salad, great family dinner !
