Regardless of your age or your current level of fitness I will provide a tailormade program to help you reach your goals safely and effectively.
I provide an initial consultation for £40 (1 hour) during which we will get to know each other and discuss your requirements. We will build a programme that is designed to meet your personal goals.
As a result of my experience in the Fitness Industry and my wide range of qualifications I am able to cater for all fitness aspirations. Recent requests have included getting a Beach Body Ready for the summer holidays, strengthening the core muscles after Bone Cancer Surgery, exercising after Birth and wanting to get into a Little Black Dress.
Following your initial consultation, you can book individual sessions at £35 or purchase a block of 6 sessions for £192. Rates for couples or small groups can be agreed separately.
Between your sessions, you will have access to my library of online workouts suitable for your needs.
Your progress will be monitored throughout the program and adjusted accordingly.

About my Pilates & Fitness Classes
I believe passionately in Pilates and by combining Joseph Pilates’ original concepts with modern fitness principles, I have created energetic, functional, and fun workouts that will not only transform how your body looks but more importantly, how it feels!
Each one of my classes incorporate a mixture of Pilates movements with body sculpting exercises.

Barre is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time
