11 Jun2016 Emilie Malik 0Main Course Recipes Quick Chicken and veggies stir fryServes 2 250g of boneless chicken thighs cut into strips 1 vegetable stir fry pack (onion, pepper, cabbage, carrots…) optional broccoli florets, mushrooms, kale, spinach gluten free soya sauce or tamari sauce 1 garlic clove, crushed 2 tbsp. of coconut oil Himalayan salt and pepper optional: ginger crushed, red chili flakes Marinate the chicken in soya sauce, garlic , optional ginger ( at least 2 hours if you can) Heat coconut oil in pan, add the chicken, cook it 3-4 min add veggies, season it, cook and stir often until chicken is fully cooked Serve immediately with fresh coriander leaves on top Enjoy !
