Serves 2

  1. Marinate the chicken in soya sauce, garlic , optional ginger ( at least 2 hours if you can)
  2. Heat coconut oil in pan, add the chicken, cook it 3-4 min
  3. add veggies, season it, cook and stir often until chicken is fully cooked
  4. Serve immediately with fresh coriander leaves on top
