Serves 4 (12 tiger prawns)
Prepare the marinate according to your taste with olive oil, paprika, chili flakes, ground cumin, ground coriander, 3 cloves of garlic, Himalayan salt, pepper and juice of 1 lime. Stir the uncooked tiger prawns in the marinade , refrigerate at least for 2 hours.
Cook either on the BBQ or in the oven under medium grill and turn over 1/2 way through cooking once the tiger prawn turns pink on each sides.
Use raw tiger prawns or grey.
Serve with a salad, homemade coleslaw, rice.
