Your fitness journey is unique, and your training should be too.

In our first session, we’ll take the time to understand your goals, address any concerns, and get you moving. I create a tailored program that blends strength, mobility, and flexibility, drawing from my expertise in Pilates, Biomechanics, and Pelvic & Core to help you achieve optimal fitness.

I’ll guide you through fundamental movements and breathwork, progressively building your strength and confidence. My goal is to help you develop a deeper connection with your body and understand what it truly needs.

To support your progress, my private training sessions include at-home breathwork and exercises, ensuring you get the best results beyond our sessions.

Before we begin any physical activity, your safety is my top priority. All new clients must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).

This short, essential questionnaire is designed to screen for any medical reasons that might require clearance from your doctor before you start exercising. It helps me design your program safely and effectively, and ensures we're fully aware of your current health status.

Cancellation Policy-

For all private 1:1 sessions 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows the opportunity for the session to be reallocated to another client.

Failure to give 24 hours notification will result in the session being charged at the full rate.
